It started under a tree in Awka. What is now a rapidly expanding real estate empire began as a simple, powerful conversation about the future of wealth in Nigeria. Our founder, Mr. Ekeh Chukwuagozie Victor, recognized a glaring gap: premium real estate investments and passive income opportunities were entirely out of reach for the average earner.
